Fast growing care franchise
SureCare offers business people with ambition, drive and a can-do attitude the opportunity to become a franchisee or micro franchisee in one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK.
You may already be working in the care sector or you may be someone who is keen to build and run a business in an exciting and rewarding industry. If you have what it takes to be your own boss but with the full support and training of one of the country’s most established care providers, contact us today.
Who we are
SureCare is an experienced provider of care with services for the very young through to those in later life.
Established in 1994 as a provider of domiciliary care, SureCare has expanded significantly in recent times and now offers its clients a comprehensive range of services. Our services still include domiciliary care, but have now broadened out to include home services, childcare, mobile crèches, holiday care and respite care.
We are unique in that we are the only company in the UK to provide clients with all of the care services they need for life’s journey. We offer traditional full franchises covering large geographic territories, but are also the first in the UK to offer smaller micro franchises, which we have called SureCare Local.
The cost of becoming a SureCare Local micro franchisee is from just £7,000, compared to the £28,000 cost of a full franchise. We are actively looking for the right candidates for both SureCare and SureCare Local franchises across the UK.
SureCare offers its franchisees the opportunity to create their own successful businesses in one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK, offering both financial rewards and the knowledge that you are providing an invaluable service to your community.
One of the most compelling reasons to invest in a SureCare franchise is the multiple revenue streams that we provide our franchisees with due to the comprehensive package of care services offered by the company.
We also provide all of our new franchisees with an intensive training programme, ongoing training and fantastic levels of support in key areas such as finances, operations, recruitment, marketing, business development and care registrations and accreditations.
You will start your franchise knowing that behind you is the SureCare brand, which is nationally recognised and respected in the UK care sector.
You will be able to take advantage of the SureCare central marketing support which includes marketing literature, merchandising materials, website, PR, business stationery and many other items which are often beyond the reach of start-up businesses.
SureCare is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all carers and employees are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
The SureCare head office team is highly experienced with expertise across a range of areas. First and foremost, we know the care sector and the franchise industry inside out.
But our team’s know-how goes a lot further with genuine expertise in budgeting and financial controls, business development, sales and marketing, client service, Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission.
Heading up our team is Managing Director Gary Farrer, one of the UK’s most successful care industry entrepreneurs.
Gary previously owned the integrated care provider Safehands Group which, together with his wife Stephanie, he built into a £5.5million turnover business before selling at the end of 2011.
The bit Gary enjoys most is rolling his sleeves up and working closely with franchisees to help them build the best possible businesses.
The first voice would-be franchisees will almost certainly hear is Vikki Donnachie, SureCare’s ever cheerful Franchise Sales Manager. Vikki will guide you through the opportunity that SureCare affords high calibre franchise candidates and continues to provide sales and marketing support when you become a franchisee.
Another key member of the SureCare team is Neil Farnworth, our Head of Services. Kiwi Neil works closely with existing and new SureCare franchisees to ensure highest possible standards of service delivery.
Neil has a strong background in the care sector and franchising having previously been a master franchisor for a leading care agency in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Helping to spearhead SureCare’s expansion in the North is experienced business development manager Tracy Newcombe, who has worked in the care sector for more than 20 years working.
Tracy is responsible for helping existing SureCare franchises and branches grow and working with new franchises as they launch in the North.
Meanwhile, back at head office in Chester, Carolyn Griffiths is Gary’s PA while also acting as Office Manager. Together with Vikki, Carolyn ensures that everyone who visits HQ is looked after in true SureCare style.
SureCare franchisees come from different backgrounds and careers, but all of them have two overriding objectives – firstly, to build a successful business and, secondly, to provide the highest possible standard of care to their clients.
