Training & Support

Pre-training Program
Young Chef Academy owners participate in our pre-training program before attending training at Camp YCA in Waco, Texas. This program is designed to give your business a jump-start by providing information and assistance through our Pre-Opening Staff that will assist you in the many different areas of the business.

Camp YCA Training
After executing your Franchise Agreement, you will attend a five day training session at Camp YCA in Waco, Texas prior to opening your doors for business. This training program is designed to prepare you to begin your business immediately after you successfully complete Camp YCA. Training covers all aspects involved in successfully operating your Young Chefs Academy.

Ongoing Support Programs
After you successfully complete training, we will continue supporting your business growth and development with programs and conventions.

Requirements
Because opening a Young Chefs Academy requires certain financial resources and skills we have established general requirements to begin the qualification process that can lead to awarding you a franchise.

Franchisees must live in the market they wish to operate. You must have $50,000.00 in available cash or liquid assets and a net worth of $200,000.00. We carefully consider your personal experience and people skills. You must understand the unique attributes of operating a business within a franchise system. You need to be able to execute a franchise agreement within 3 months from the initial request for consideration to begin the qualification process.
