The landlords of the building are very easy to get along with are very helpful if renovations are needed which they are not.
We have never done a website....simply because we are too busy so the potential is another 80 to 100 thousand in sales per year. Seasonal Christmas and spring fairs and doing farmers markets also add another 60+ thousand in revenue not listed in the current sales package.... the return is fantastic. truly.
Basically there is little or no competition for this particular type of business as it is a business model quite unlike others. The style and business model is perfect for this area.
