The recruitment team at Driver Hire’s Stoke franchise are league leaders. And we’re not just talking locally; this is on a national scale. They beat over 100 other Driver Hire offices to top the table in a nationwide sales and recruitment competition.

As a result, Driver Hire Stoke franchisee, Paul Crossley, recently collected Driver Hire’s National Sales Day winners’ award for recruiting the most new clients and new drivers during the final round of National Sales Days, all part of an annual competition across the whole of the Driver Hire network. 

Since Paul Crossley bought the business in 2019, the Driver Hire Stoke team has enjoyed outstanding success. Sales are currently over 100% up year-to-date; the office has trebled the number of customers invoiced and his team now regularly find work for around 25 local drivers every week. To accommodate the growing business – and an additional member of staff – they’re also moving to larger premises. 

Commenting on his office’s success, Paul Crossley said: “Sales competitions like this one gives my team extra drive and focus to win a really worthwhile prize and see ourselves on top of the national table. We’re already looking forward to the next one!”

The team were rewarded with £2,000 worth of shopping vouchers which they elected to spend at John Lewis.
