Double award-win for Driver Hire

The end of 2022 was a time of celebration at Driver Hire, with the business collecting not one but two major franchise awards.

Firstly, Driver Hire was the ‘Franchisor of the Year’ Silver Winner at the prestigious bfa HSBC annual awards. Regarded as the ‘Oscars’ of the franchise industry, the awards celebrate the best in franchising.

“We have a great record at these awards. Collecting Silver - after winning Gold as the UK’s best franchise only three years ago - is a fantastic achievement and confirms that our high ethical standards and proven business model continues to deliver for our franchisees.”

The following month, Driver Hire was ranked #2 overall in the Elite Franchise Top 100. Ranking positions are based on a franchise’s business performance, business model, franchise support and back-up. Other famous names in the top ten include Subway, Papa John’s, and Snap-on Tools.

Commenting on the Elite Franchise announcement, Graham Duckworth, Driver Hire’s Franchise Sales Director said: “There are around 1,000 franchise brands in the UK, so even making the Elite Franchise Top 100 is some achievement. Finishing in the Top Five of this highly important industry listing speaks volumes about the quality of a Driver Hire franchise.
