COMPETITION: Very little. No competition in the county. Other organic shops are remote. Not all of them do online. Comparing the number of supplies the shop is 1 of 3 leading in Ireland. The competition is good and original. We all have a different style.
We sell a lot of fresh produce. Often organic shops do either fresh produce or dry products. We do absolutely everything.
ADVERTISEMENT: Poor. Never on the radio. Never in the newspapers. No google adds. Only word of mouth and Facebook/Instagram. Facebook has over 5600 followers.
LOCATION: The shop is located in Maynooth, co. Kildare. It is on a lease. The landlords are very good and helpful. The shop consists of two units. In general it is large. There is a lot of storage. There is staff parking (2 spots) and a shared customer parking. Our neighbors are: an electric shop, a coffee shop and therapy room. All friendly and helpful, all very long in business.
ONLINE STORE: our online store has hardly ever been promoted. Still it is popular. It is easy to use for both - owner and customers. It is reliable. In case of an issue a customer service is available 24/7. The website contains all present and previous customers' data. Ideally a prospective buyer should be familiar with IT and the Internet world of sales. In fact, the website is very easy to use but there is yet much to be achieved in the field. For instance - advertisement through Google or any other way. Also new pages should be added, like ABOUT US or a blog. Sadly the website does not show ALL the products we have in store. They must be added. In other words, we are proud of our website as it has brought a significant income since the moment of its creation but far more may be achieved if the website is in good hands.
At the minute home deliveries are done twice a week. A white van VW Caddy 2019, in a very good condition comes with the business.
For nationwide deliveries we use DPD. The driver comes in daily for pick ups.
LOGO: The brand was created from scratch. A graphic designer created the logo. We have plenty of branded stationery to include vouchers, letter paper, loyalty cards and stickers, discount stickers etc. All these to be reprinted with no extra cost of a designer. We also have plenty of brand new cotton t-shirts with the logo on.

REASON FOR SELLING: We have reached our goal. The shop was created in order to buy us a home. It has. Sadly it is far away so a new chapter in life must be opened.
