Fingal in which Swords is located has a population of 300,000 it is one of the fastest growing in Ireland.
The county is now a major driver of the Irish economy through Dublin Airport, the business parks of the Dublin Enterprise zone and the food producing fields of North County Dublin.
The County Council with a budget of €299 million has ambitious plans for the future. It is planning to invest over 70% of its Capital Program in housing projects and strategic infrastructure programs.

The centre is located about 1 minutes walk from the Main St. The area is currently being redeveloped by the County Council which will result in a much higher footfall more businesses opening and a very vibrant location. It is also located beside a busy Hotel.
The centre is easily accessed from the nearby motorway. The area is well serviced by a good road network and bus service.
The centre has a capacity for 15 workstations for students plus 3 for staff. It has a main training room with 2 smaller rooms suitable for meeting prospective students//clients.
All training material is delivered digitally via Pitman Campus. This affords each student their own login to a virtual desktop with all the necessary software. It also allows each student to store their work securely and access it 24/7 for the duration of their course.
The centre also has an excellent internet service.
The business is currently benefitting from about 50+ course enquiries a month. We also run regular Open Days to complement this.
Business is roughly split 80:20 between the private and the corporate sector.
County Meath is also included in the Franchise agreement. To date this area hasn't been developed. With a population of 226,826 it would certainly support another centre with a turnover of at least €200,000 - €250,000.
