FY2025 invoiced sales were €3.66m, with adjusted EBITDA of €614k and indicative SDE of €812k. Trading is strong into 2026, with January to April sales up 47% on the same period last year. Gross margin has grown from 79.6% to 87.1% over three years.
The business has 40 full-time staff plus part-time and contract support, and an experienced management and supervisory team. Long-standing contractor and developer relationships drive repeat work. Scaffold, telehandlers and fleet, estimated by management at €1.9m, are expected to transfer with the business. It operates from a rented yard.
